ASHNA International Model UN conference is one of the departments of ASHNA International Youth Association (AIYA) one of the umbrella organizations of ASHNA NGO registered under ministry of economy (2092) established in 2011.
ASHNA International Model UN (AIMUN) is a mock of UN conference conducting for the first time in Kabul, Afghanistan with the help of youth to invite all the national/international delegates for discussion, debate and deliberation of the different top priority issues of security, economics, social & political within the specific committees in coordination & in line with the UN policies/procedures to provide a resolution for the government, UN & other international agencies.
Tracking all rental vehicles for ASHNA-IMUN Program.
Ensuring to pick and drop the internal/external delegates to the conference and accommodation places.
Provide management support and training as appropriate to the Security Officer.
Analysis of staff movements, including patterns of dispersal and collection, to ensure efficient use of cars.
To potentially act as a security focal point in the case of accidents of security incidents for all vehicles.
Maintain regular communication with all vehicles in the field to keep fully informed of their locations and intended destinations, at all times.
Security of all vehicles.
Responsible for staff safety related to the fleet. For example, ensuring that first aid kits are present in all cars and their contents regularly checked, ensuring that all seats have seatbelts. Make safety guidelines, procedures and regulations available to all staff.
Manage the Drivers giving support and guidance and demonstrating leadership and continuous team improvement.
Respond flexibly to changing program needs, re-prioritizing tasks in a logical, sensible way and in coordination with the Events Manager, Security Manager and Program teams.
Be flexible with regard to working hours and tasks.
Show willingness and enthusiasm to be helpful and supportive to program and other staff, reacting to changing situation with a positive approach
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in managing the administrative & transportation tasks.
• Committed toward volunteerism activities in the organization.
• Fluency in English, Dari & Pashtu.
• Excellent management in administrative skills
• The ability to think creatively and be proactive in program management
• High level of interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively interact with all levels of staff, members of donor organizations, funders and policy makers
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Ability to work collaboratively, supportively, and respectfully with others
